HOPE worldwide Philippines, Inc. is a non-profit, non-government, faith-based charity that has been caring for needy children and youth since 1993. The organization is registered, licensed, and accredited by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC), and National Council for Social Development (NCSD). HOPE, in partnership with many government and non-government organizations, currently implements a system of child welfare and protection system through its community and center-based programs in the largest urban poor communities within Metro Manila and the Visayas Region. We also provide residential and treatment facility for abused children in Laguna, mobile advocacy programs throughout the National Capital Region, Calabarzon, and the Visayas Region, and Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency Response in communities affected by calamities all over the archipelago.
HOPE worldwide Philippines' comprehensive system of child welfare touches over 100,000 poor children, youth, and families annually and maintains for them a sustained safety net while tackling long-term problems that perpetuate child emergencies, poverty, and abuse.
HOPE worldwide holds special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. We are a Social Welfare Development Agency.
